Following the loss of our home at 1105 Las Alturas in the Tea Fire we set out to select an architect and builder who could demonstrate their ability to work together to design and build a new (green) home within the constraints of fixed insurance proceeds, building department regulations, and a challenging sloped lot. Due to advanced problem identification and consultation with appropriate parties, necessary improvements to the plans were made with minimal financial and schedule impact. Lead times for materials and owner-selected amenities were established in advance. Adverse weather conditions throughout the project were optimally dealt with, timely finishing adjustments have been promptly attended to, and Brian guaranteed the finished product for the length of our ownership.”
