When my husband and I purchased our Montecito home in 2020, we knew we wanted to make some changes to it. Our home is a traditional one with a lot of interior wood trim such as wainscoting, wood flooring, and open beams. At nearly 5000 square feet and with lots of ideas in my mind, I knew it was going to be a months-long process and I wanted to ensure that I was comfortable with the contractor and construction crew we would be choosing. Brian Lynch, at Lynch Construction, was recommended to us and we are so happy we made the decision to hire him.

In addition to the expertise of all of the trades—and the beautiful work they do like custom carpentry, masonry, lighting, and painting, we were impressed by the professionalism of everyone–from Brian himself, his partner/son Cody, as well as each and every worker. We lived in our home for much of project and the workers took extra care to protect our paneled walls, rooms, furnishings—and us—as they progressed through each of the spaces as they completed the projects. If we had a question or an issue that needed attention, Brian was always accessible and at the ready to assist. I would say that Brian and his crew care—they care about the integrity of their work as much as the quality of their work.
